Britney's Comeback disk

A surprisingly good comeback album from the self proclaimed queen of pop. After all her alcohol and drug fueled antics, she somehow managed to find someone to help her produce some appropriate music which appeals to a broader segment of potential listeners. Several of the songs describe the nuttiness that was her life at recording time. We all knew she'd flip out eventually, but after every fall, comes the climb back, and she definitely climbed back into her game. Of course, Circus is her REAL comeback album, but this one set the stage for the return of Brit's sanity and credibility. Welcome back, Britney.

Amazing

I like many people grew up listening to Britney. I have and love almost every album. I think blackout is amazing, in fact, I like this album better than Circus. It's full of uptempo club tracks that I love. It never gets old. I've been listening to this album for three years now and its always on repeat. I feel like a lot of people over looked blackout. Here are my favorites

Radar
Why Should I be sad
Freakshow
Perfect Lover
Gimme More

Enjoy!

Blackout was Awesome

I received the blackout Japan edition as I was expected and it was shipped as they have told me. CD was brand new. I recommend this seller.

The Business of Pleasure

This album is pretty much about the pleasure principle. No pun intended on Janet Jackson's song. I've never been much of a Britney fan, but this album makes for good dance music. If you can distance yourself from her scandalous and strange behavior you may be surprised to enjoy the music in here.

My favorite songs on the album:

Piece of Me
Radar
Get Naked (I Got A Plan)
Ooh Baby
Break The Ice
Why Should I Be Sad

It's interesting to note that this album reminds me of some of Kylie Minogue's work from the 2000s like Fever and Body Language.

It's true that some of lyrics are either questionable like Perfect Lover or silly like Hot As Ice, but most dance music doesn't have the most profound lyrics. I wouldn't call this a classic, but enjoyable club music. Just take it for what it is.
